Dr. Matt Karnoupakis is proud to serve his community with compassionate, high-quality dental care. A native of the Ohio Valley, he graduated from Weir High School in 1998 before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from West Virginia University in 2002, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a University Honors Scholar.

He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the WVU School of Dentistry in 2006 and completed a one-year residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in 2007. From 2007 to 2014, Dr. Matt practiced in Morgantown, WV, gaining extensive experience in general and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Matt is actively involved in the dental community and holds memberships in the West Virginia Dental Association, Wheeling District Dental Society, American Dental Association, International Association of Dental Traumatology, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also a proud Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry—an achievement that reflects his commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence.

Dr. Matt met his wife, Jennifer, while she was completing her Pharmacy degree at WVU. They now enjoy life together with their two children, Eleni and Leo. Outside the office, Dr. Matt enjoys reading, walking his dog, and volunteering at his church.
